Refund policy

RETURNS POLICY:


If you wish to return an item or print purchased from Damn Fine Print, you can do so within 30 days of your purchase. Proof of purchase, in the form of a receipt, will be required for any items or prints purchased from our store. 



When returning the item, if you are returning it via post, you must use tracked shipping. Any prints which are returned via post must be returned in the tube they were sent in, undamaged.



You will be given the option of a refund or exchange, this will be minus the price of the return shipping. Refunds will be made once the item has been returned and can take up to 5 working days from when the refund is processed.


If you decide you wish to exchange a print, you will be asked to cover the cost of the return shipping and charged for the shipping of the new print. 

For exchanges and returns made in store there will be no extra charge.



Items which are made to order can not be refunded, eg. bespoke frames, artwork made to order, etc. 



We hold Pick Up In Store items for a maximum of 6 months, after this time they are returned to the artist.

COURSE CANCELLATION POLICY:
Due to the limited numbers we can facilitate our courses are non-refundable. Please make sure you, or the person you are gifting the workshop to can attend the workshop dates.

If you cannot attend and need to reschedule we operate a strict 3 week notice before the workshop's start date in order to reschedule your place to another course and fill your previously booked spot.

If you need to cancel less than 20 days before the workshop starting date we will not be in a position to reschedule it. You can still give the workshop to someone else if you cannot attend yourself. Please email us as soon as you can before the course with the name and contact details of the person attending in your place.

If a last minute cancellation occurs we can try our best to fill your space however please understand we can only reschedule if another booking is made. If you have booked more than one space and need to cancel we cannot guarantee that all the spaces will be re-sold, as we advertise each space individually.

If we are obliged to postpone our workshops due to Covid Government restrictions / advice we will resume them as soon as it is safely possible. We will contact all participants as soon as we can with information on options for rescheduled dates.

*PLEASE NOTE: Only exemptions outside of the 30 days returns policy is Christmas and lockdowns due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Please note, we still need to be informed of the intention to return an item, via email, within 30 days of purchase during these periods.
