We ship all orders within ireland using a courier service from Fastway, and ship international orders using An Post.
We do not offer delivery for framed orders. Should you wish to order an item framed, please select the ‘Local Pick-up’ option.
Prints are packaged securely and posted in a tube or packing cube. We are extremely careful when packing our prints and do our best to ensure that no damage will occur during postage.
For international orders, we cannot accept any additional taxes or charges.
We offer in-store collection of prints as an alternative to postage. We are open Monday - Friday 10AM - 6.30PM. Please let us know if there is a specific day/time you wish to collect so we can ensure your print is packed and prepared.

If your item does not arrive within 7 days of dispatch for UK/Ireland and 14 days for rest of the world, please contact us in case delivery has been delayed.
Items returned to us by the postal service marked as not called for or unclaimed by the receiver will require additional postage costs to be paid before we can resend.
We cannot be held responsible if a parcel has gone missing due to the postal address being filled in incorrectly or missing important information. However, if we notice the address is incomplete, we will contact you before dispatch.
If you wish to return an item or print purchased from Damn Fine Print, you can do so within 30 days of your purchase. Proof of purchase, in the form of a receipt, will be required for any items or prints purchased from our store.
When returning the item, if you are returning it via post, you must use tracked shipping. Any prints which are returned via post must be returned in the tube they were sent in, undamaged.
You will be given the option of a refund or exchange, this will be minus the price of the return shipping. Refunds will be made once the item has been returned and can take up to 5 working days from when the refund is processed.
If you decide you wish to exchange a print, you will be asked to cover the cost of the return shipping and charged for the shipping of the new print.
For exchanges and returns made in store there will be no extra charge.
Items which are made to order can not be refunded, eg. bespoke frames, artwork made to order, etc.
We hold Pick Up In Store items for a maximum of 6 months, after this time they are returned to the artist.
