About the Piece
"I don’t know why I love the snails as much as I do. Slowly, slowly, somehow they munch munch munch an acre of tended flowers in a night. Maybe it’s some kind of new affinity now that life is slow and I have been confined to my house for so long.".
About the Project
Damn Fine Print proudly presents a new collection of works by members and contributors to showcase some of the talent and creativity we’ve seen in our studio recently.
Entitled ‘Irish Summer’, the collection draws upon a range of moods and memories to try and illustrate the fleeting joys and halcyon days of an Irish summer holiday.
We’ve brought together some established artists, familiar names and new talents to present a snapshot of where we’re all at creatively after exploring 2021’s once-in-a-lifetime, government-mandated ‘outdoor summer’.
